The Priority Task Planner is a great new way to organize and prioritize your tasks using sticky-notes! You can customize the 7 areas in this Priority Planner in endless ways to suit specific areas of your life. The top 5 columns are labeled A through E with the bottom 2 areas blank. Assign your own meaning for A, B, C ect. Some examples are: "A" may be where you place your most important high priority tasks with the B column for tasks of the next order of importance - following suit all the way to the E column. Another way to use the top 5 columns is to break down a large project into 5 areas - Example: Editing, Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Costs... Others have used the 5 columns for different members of their family. The bottom 2 areas can be 2 more additional categories for the upper columns or use as an area to put notes or tasks waiting to be assigned.
You can further customize and break down tasks by assigning different colored sticky-notes to specify different meanings. (Example - yellow notes for phone calls, orange notes for computer-related tasks, green notes for errands, hot pink notes for the urgent items, blue notes for delegated tasks ect. The possibilities are endless.
The special surface on the planner allows sticky-notes to stay put with zero risk of falling off. Reposition stickies as many times as you want - they do not lose their "stick.". You can also use dry-erase or wet-erase markers on the planners. Plan it, color code it, write it, post it and never lose sight of it. Planner is made from 100% Earth-friendly components.
